Possibility to schedule any meeting in Projectplace as online
This means that a link to start and join the online meeting will be included in the email invitation to a meeting if the organiser decides to hold it online. The feature to schedule online meetings has been a top request from our user base and we hope that you will like it. You can either book an online meeting from the online meeting menu at the top navigation bar or select it as an option when booking a meeting in Meetings.
New cross-project search function for all.
We are releasing the updated search for all. The new search is always there in the navigation bar at the top of the window and lets you search for cards, activities, comments, documents etc across several tools and all your projects. If you have had the new search already, the interface has been updated.
Real-time updates in Boards
Real-time updates mean that if one of your colleagues updates something on a board (name of a card or adds a card) this will update for you also at the same time if you have the same board open on your screen. The big advantage is that you can trust that what you see on your screen is the latest information.
