In the very definition of a project is the time aspect. What can we deliver? When can we deliver? What will it cost? Scope, time and budget, are usually the primary project parameters/constraints and a project manager’s top concern.
Today, we introduce a way to track this important aspect of your project on the activity level in the Plan. At the top level you can easily see the overall aggregation of the estimated, reported, and remaining time for a project. The time is entered on the lowest level of the Gantt.
At the same time the focus of the weekly report will switch to tracking the time aspect of your project. You can see which activities are running a risk of delay and how you are doing compared to your timeline and plan.
